JL Watson Consulting was co-founded by Jim and M.A. Watson in 2008 as "Presentations that Stick" to help organizations achieve greater business success by communicating more effectively with their customers.

Over time, our clients began to engage us in projects beyond pure presentations.  We were asked to provide guidance in other "customer-facing" areas of their business, from consultations in customer information systems, to programs for business development and lead generation.

Because so many of the customer-facing processes within a business are inextricably related, it became clear that we should continue to provide this broader array of services, all of which impact the customer's perception of the business, and ultimately,their buying behavior.

Thus, we changed our name and began offering these additional services, all of which contribute to improve the business - customer relationship.  

Jim has over 25 years experience speaking, presenting and selling technology and business solutions throughout North America. He’s received dozens of awards and President's Club citations for sales performance and public speaking, and is published regularly in business journals.

Having delivered over a thousand presentations to audiences ranging from Fortune 500 executives to proprietors of small family-owned businesses, Jim presents with a combination of statistics and stories to communicate with an audience at professional and personal levels. His engaging style has made his presentations stick for a quarter century.

M.A. Watson has 20 years experience managing the delivery of services to clients, with a keen focus on customer-specific needs, and attention to detail throughout the delivery.

As President and Chief Operating Officer of a client-focused service organization, she led the company from start-up to market leadership.
